Koopiskeva MADness

Made famous by his Haruhi AMV/MAD titled "Skittles," Koopiskeva apparently has made a number of very visually appealing AMV/MAD type videos.

The highly popular "Skittles" featuring scenes from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.



This is the video that lead me to his list on Nico Nico. This Kanon MAD is very nicely done, with live action videos integrated. The video work is absolutely amazing.



Here is one from Beyond the Clouds, The Promised Place. The original series seems to have been animated very well so it looks appealing and the song choice was very good.



This piece's theme is the Chihiro and Renji story from ef -a tale of memories-. Very emotional at parts.



This last one is from Makoto Shinkai's 5cm Per Second, beautifully animated. Koopiskeva chose great scenes for this one.



Overall, I've noticed that he chooses well animated series for his work, which is a good thing as it's great when the original source looks great as well.

ネコ(neko) x GONG

This week's number 1 on Nico rankings is this video using Jam Project's "GONG" and a compilation of cat pictures/video clips. Well done and the video is very amusing. Some amazing cats. I wonder if I should tag it "ネコネコ動画" instead?

Aria the ORIGINATION Picture Dramas 1-5

These are a set of picture dramas from Aria the ORIGINATION. It's like a drama CD, just with slightly animated pictures. They are hilarious and enjoyable if you're a fan of Aria, even if you're not. And here they are:

Picture Drama Episode 1:



Episode 1 is about Akari, Aika and Alice having a pajama party. They go into discussion of various topics. Alice-chan's Mu-kun pajamas are too cute!

Episode 2 follows the 3 friends of the Traghetto, Ayumi, Anzu and Atora. It seems they've all brought their own lunch, but what seems to be the problem?

This time, the 3 Undine, Akari, Aika and Alice play some 3 on 3 soccer! Go Alice-chan!

Looks like the three younger Undine are enjoying a summer night when Alice has the idea of telling ghost stories. But it seems that her "senior" Aika is a bit afraid and keeps interrupting! Will Alice ever get to finish her story?

Not exactly sure what it's called, but it's an amusing little video.

"Hitobashira Alice" roughly translates to "Human Sacrifice Alice." This song has a bit of a darker mood, but with these singers lined up I suggest checking it out regardless.
