Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 225 lbs
Assisted Pull-Ups: 3 sets x 8 reps at Assist level 5
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 42.5 lbs
Bent-over Rows: 3 sets x 5 reps at 42.5 lbs
Thursday's results:
Workout A:
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 225 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set x 5 reps at 225 lbs
Bench Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 155 lbs
Dips: 2 sets x 8 reps at bodyweight
Situps: 2 sets x 8 reps at 10 lbs
