Back at the gym

Yup. Signed up at the school gym today. After the workout, I felt like I was about to die. However, all that means is that I really do need to continue. I tried to do a full workout but it was just too much to handle after being inactive for over a year. Hopefully, I can find it in myself to do cardio tomorrow!

Today's results:

Workout A

Squats - 3 sets x 5 reps at 185 lbs
Dead Lift - 1 set x 5 reps at 115 lbs
Bench Press - 2.5 sets x 5 reps at 135 lbs
Dips - 1.5 sets x 10 at bodyweight
Situps - N/A
Cardio - N/A
