Day 2

Didn't end up running yesterday on a friend's advice, plus I had to go grocery shopping anyway. Today's workout went pretty well I think. Managed to do almost all the exercises, Even fit in a jog and stretch afterwards.

Today's results:

Workout B
Assisted Pull-Ups: 3 x 5 at Assist level 8 (50%)
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 185 lbs
Military Press: 2.5 x sets x 3 reps at 95 lbs
Barbell row: 3 sets x 5 reps at 95 lbs
Situps: N/A
Cardio: 3 laps

I think I'll have to drop some weight from military press, but feeling much better today!
