Rain again today. Not too much to report.
Today's results:
Workout A:
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 195 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set x 5 reps at 185 lbs
Bench Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 135 lbs
Dips: 2 sets x 8 reps at bodyweight
Situps: 1.5 sets x 8 reps at 5 lbs
I wish I had a workout partner, would totally help me push myself harder!
