Day 4

Due to Thanksgiving weekend, I didn't end up going on Monday. The weather was totally crappy today, raining and all. Still, I made it and did my workout. Also found out that they have volleyball intramurals, hopefully I can sign up for the next one in January!

Today's results:

Workout B
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 185 lbs
Assisted Pull-Ups: 3 sets x 8 reps at Assist level 6 (61%)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 27.5 lbs
Bent-over Rows: 3 sets x 5 reps at 27.5 lbs

I've replaced a bunch of barbell exercises with the dumbbell version cause it felt like I was doing the barbell versions wrong. I'll probably start adding weight next week!
