Yesterday, I was thinking whether I'd actually go to the gym today since I was feeling really sore. Surprisingly, I was feeling a lot better than I'd expected so I went for it. It was a pretty good workout and there weren't too many people so I got to do everything I wanted.
Today's results:
Workout A
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 185 lbs
Deadlift: 1 set x 5 reps at 135 lbs
Bench Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 135 lbs
Dips: 2 sets x 5 reps at bodyweight
Situps: 3 sets x 10 reps at bodyweight
Cardio: 4 laps
I'm definitely starting to get back into it. Hopefully I can start adding some weight after the weekend!
