Day 6

Ahh, it's getting chilly out, but there are still people wearing shorts and t-shirts... Finally, I've started adding some weight!

Today's results:

Workout B
Squats: 3 sets x 5 reps at 205 lbs
Assisted Pull-Ups: 3 sets x 8 reps at Assist level 6 (61%)
Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 5 reps at 42.5 lbs
Bent-over Rows: 3 sets x 5 reps at 40 lbs
Situps: 2.5 sets x 8 reps at 10 lbs
Cardio: 6 laps
